What is the proper procedure on turning on a TORO snow blower? - toro blower
I know many, but since I bought it used i dont know. I use it for about 10 minutes on and off.

Here, the method is that I use for the first time this button to get the full choke, pump the bulb of 3.6 times, then the power cord or turn the ignition switch.
It sounds as if you do not make the cut. After the engine warms up the choke can be turned off.
