I'm sure we've all seen the commercials on television. If you use the Bowflex only 20 minutes per day, 3 times a week to get in a short time, seeing results. I would like to develop my stomach and chest, but I am skeptical about the Bowflex. Is not that the food is almost as important? Has anyone bought one of these teams and what results you experienced?

I have a Bowflex and safely. You will notice that complement the results, but I think the Bowflex is also in some way. Use it with weights and you will see very good results. I tell you that I first used the Bowflex Bowflex hurtin me:) If you only look at our perfect tone tone ABS or if you win a lot of size there is nothing better than free weights. (3 times a week but I would try to at least one hour), lifting heavy objects to a person, a significant proportion of the size if the diet is causing acquire full of protein in a relatively short period of time.
I have one. I no longer go. I prefer Freeweights. And yes, you get the results you need to diet and exercise. You can not usually do, to be only one "Bowflex" body. This requires a change of lifestyle. Good food, little or no alcohol, excessive exercise, both strength training and cardio. I spend half an hour of cardio and weight training 2 hours and were not sure Bowflex body, but also have different goals.
