Lease Gone After Joining The Military First Time Homebuyer's Credit Question Regarding Repayment?

First time Homebuyer's Credit question regarding repayment? - lease gone after joining the military

We took the $ 7,500 tax credit this year. Shortly after my husband decided that the Army and have since tried to sell the house. The value of the house spent a little over a year (~ $ 4000 or less) and as such we have house prices below what we owe him for that. If you sell at a loss to understand, not guilty of money, but what happens if we can sell, and go to the database? If after a meeting with him in his first season of the house is no longer your principal residence? If hired, to defray some costs, so that if taxpayers' money next year? If we created a "lease to purchase the property" to a potential buyer in May 2010, we owe money? I searched a lot for the answers, but the program is so new debate is not much more than "I am entitled." Thanks for any help.

From what I understand, that the money was a loan to pay, what to do. Her husband was weird, ethics and the struggle for the country, but is looking for ways to extract, to their colleagues outside the taxpayer. Odd contradiction.

If the house is sold before 15 years recovery period for the payment, the loan balance (paid immediately at the time of sale. Close E.). The loan is linked to the original house, if your property.

If you sell at a loss, seems to give credit to pay for the amount of total loss or the amount of the loan, whichever occurs first. So if you sell at a loss for 4000 and had 7000 outstanding 3000, the loan would be paid.

If at any time no longer your primary residence, but to have it, you have to repay the loan balance in your tax return for that year.

If someone is renting your home is your principal residence, so that TThis loan would be paid on the income of the year when the lease began.

Not sure if the rules of the current home if she remains in his possession, is vacant, while serving a tour of duty with her husband. My inclination is that if the path is short (\\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt, 6 months) may be able to get their principal residence in your house. When is long, it can not can be. This would be through what will tell the IRS rules that governed on the roster.
